ARGH! Don't do this! You'll just be encouraging people to party there!

After 30, if people do not know how to search outside of their individual area, you do not want to party with them (because they are idiots).

After 30 there are so many other places to level, that you should be seeking in Jeuno (or some other hub) so you can get invites from anywhere.

Garliage Citadel is an abomination! DO NOT ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO PARTY THERE!
